1 quart fresh strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (3oz.) strawberry jello
1 9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan mix together sugar and cornstarch, mix well. Add water and stir to dissolve. Cook on medium heat until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Remove from head and add dry jello package. Stir until dissolved. Cool and refrigerate. (10 to 20 minutes)

Prepare and bake pie crust. Cool.

lean and prepare strawberries. Drain well, place on paper towel to absorb water. Arrange strawberries in the cool pie crust. If strawberries are large cut in half or quarters. Pour cooled mixture over strawberries. Chill several hours.

Top with whipped cream.
