1/2 cup oil
8 tbsp. ice water
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Measure out ice water in cup then pour over oil (do not mix together). Mix flour and salt together in a mixing bowl. Pour oil and water into flour mixture. Miix together, only enough to handle or as little as possible.

Divide in 2 balls. Roll out using flour when necessary. Makes two 9 inch pie crusts.

Single crust Bake 400 12 to 16 minutes.
Double crust pie Bake 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours.
