Mix together:
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup sugar

Add to:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup pineapple juice
Cook together til thick, add 2 Tbsp butter

Directions:

Cool above mixture
Fold in 1 cup whipped cream

Serve with fresh fruit
