3 cups fresh raspberries
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. raspberry jello mix
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Gently wash raspberries with water and drain. Dry on paper towels.

In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water and cornstarch. Cook on medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in jello. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and let cool for 30 minutes.

Place raspberries in an even layer in a baked pie shell, arranging stem side down. Pour cooled getatin mixture over raspberries. Cover and chill 3 hours or until set.

Top with Cool Whip or Whipped cream.
