Dough:
2/3 cup butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sour cream
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp salt

Mixture:
1 1/2# finely chopped mushroom or 2 - 8oz cans mushrooms
4 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
2 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whip cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dough - Mix and form into 4 dozen small balls, then put each ball and form into shell in each section of the tins
Mixture -
Saute' mushroom, onion, green pepper in butter. Stir in flour and salt
Add cream slowly, stirring til thick and smooth
Fill shells with this mixture
Cover tins with foil and freeze until needed
Bake @400 for 15 minutes
