2 lbs. Spinach
1 Chopped Onion
1 c. Rice
Oilive Oil
2 c. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and sauctee in Olive oil
Add 2 c. Chicken Broth to Rice and cook according to directions on the box.
When rice is done, Drain and add Spinach to rice and mix together.
Cover and Cook for 5 minutes on Low
Salt and Pepper to taste
