2 1/2 lbs. shrimp with tails
salt
crushed red pepper
oregano
black pepper, coarsely ground
1 lemon
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 garlic cloved, crushed
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, place shrimp and first 4 spices to taste. Partially squeeze in the lemon juice and then cut up rind and add to shrimp. Add W. sauce and the garlic to the shrimp mixture and toss. Lay shrimp mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan and pour marinade over all. Dot with butter and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake at 450 until shrimp turn pink, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 30 minutes, allowing shrimp to marinade further. Warm just before serving.
