1 (4 lb) bag of frozen chicken wings ½ cup sugar ½ cup soy sauce Chopped green onions 4 cloves minced garlic ¼ cup smooth peanut butter 1 T white vinegar or rice vinegar
Blend all ingredients except the chicken wings in a blender until smooth. Line a large pan with tin foil and spread chicken wings on pan. Pour blended sauce over wings, covering all pieces. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
