5 lbs ground beef
5 tsp Morton's tender quick salt
2 1/2 tsp mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
1 tsp hickory smoke salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients together. Store in cool place (refrigerator) for 4 days. Mix once a day.
On the 4th day make into rolls (will not shrink) and bake at 175 for 7 hours. Cool and refrigerate.
