8 Roma tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 medium red onion
1-3 small jalapeno peppers
1/8 c. lime juice
salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop the tomatoes. Finely chop the onion and jalapenos (seeds removed). Stir together in bowl, add lime juice and salt to taste.

Place in the refrigerator overnight.

You can chop all ingredients in a food processors and make a smooth, but hotter salsa. The ingredients above make a chunky mild salsa, as the seeds of the jalapeno are removed. For a hotter salsa, leave the seeds.
