1 1/3 c, flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Vegetable oil
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients, egg, vanilla and milk. Use a squeeze bottle (ketchup, mustard etc.). Heat vegetable oil (at least 2 inches deep), squeeze your funnel cake in hot oil. Fry until light golden brown. Sift with powdered sugar.
