1 1/2 pounds scallops
flour
6 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Sal and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry scallops and roll them in flour. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the scallops and cook them quickly, tossing them lightly in the hot oil and shaking the pan so that the scallops do not stick. While they are cooking add the chopped garlic and mix it in well, then season the scallops with salt and pepper to taste. Just before removing the skillet from the heat, add the chopped parsley and toss only enough to coat the scallops.
