Ingredients:
garlic
olive oil
Parmesan Cheese
spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Use about 3/4 cup olive oil and put about 8 cloves of garlic and heat on stove. Do not burn garlic. You can mash garlic a little. After the oil is well flavored, remove garlic. Cook the spaghetti (al dente). Pour out most of the water, leaving about 2 cups. Add the olive oil and salt and pepper. Let set for a while. Serve with a little of the juice. If you want, you can add minced and whole clams to the oil and garlic and have a wonderful clam spaghetti.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Italians call this Italian Penicillin; it is great to eat when you ar not feeling well...like chicken soup.
