2 or 3 tomatoes, sliced
1 small onio, thinly sliced
1 leaf fresh basil chopped or 1/8 tspn. dried basil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tspn. oregano
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes and onion in a salad bowl. Add basil and cheese. Drizzle with oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
