2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 skinless chicken breast halves, boned and defatted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except for chicken into a glass baking pan, add chicken and marinate for up to 1 day.

2. Preheat oven to 400.

3. Place chicken in a large hot saute pan and brown for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to oven and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until chickes is cooked through. (Fish is 5-10 minutes)
