1/2 cup water
1/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Dash crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine water, peanut butter, and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, and red pepper.
