2 half-breasted pieces of boneless, skinless chicken
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine (optional)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream or poain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 pound broccoli flowerets

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken, broth, wine and mustard in a non-stick skillet over high heat. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Mix flour and sour cream (or yogurt) together. Stir into the chicken and liquid in the skillet. Add broccoli flowerets. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
