4 4-ounce skinless chicken breasts, boned and defatted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Pacific Organic chicken stock
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. On a flat surface, pound chicken breasts with a meat mallet to 1/2 inch.

2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour.

3. Preheat grill.

4. Grill chicken breasts for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
