Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 sticks butter cut into 32 pieces
1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and butter into food processor. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes. Process 8-10 seconds or until mixture resembles coarse meal.

With machine running, add water in slow steady stream, do not process for more than 30 seconds. To test, squeeze a small amount together. If it is crumbly, add more ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time.

Divide dough into two equal balls. Flatten each ball into a disk and wrap in plastic. Chill at least one hour before using. I usually make it a day ahead.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Janeen tries new recipes all the time, but this one is the one she always come back to. Use this one only in a food processor because the measurements have been adjusted for all the aeration. Ok, in a pinch, Janeen will use Pillsbury rolled pie crusts in the red box.
