Mangos, sugar, champagne vinegar, garlic, red onion, and jalapenos.

Directions:
Directions:
Dice 1 pound of mangos and combine in a nonstick saucepan with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 oz. champagne vinegar, 2 T. minced garlic, 3 T. diced red onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add 4 jalapenos, seeded and sliced, and 1/2 t. salt. Serve hot or cold.
