3 lbs ground beef
11/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
11/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
2 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 c water
1/2 c ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
20 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in large dutch oven until it loses redness. Drain excess fat. Add salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and celery; cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes to soften vegetables. Stir in remaining ingredients, except buns; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency. Serve between buns.
