6 slices day old bread
1 lb bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the crusts form the bread and cut into cubes. Put into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cook the bacon until crisp and crumble on top of bread. cover with the cheese. In a seperate bowl beat the eggs and milk together. Pour over the bread mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
