Tortilla shells
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
Diced tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Salsa
Shredded cheddar cheese
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning to beef. Set beef aside. Heat oil in large skillet on medium. Fill half of a tortilla shell with beef mixture and some cheese. Fold other half over and place in oil. Flip when one side is browned. When both sides are golden and crisp, top with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and salsa. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
