1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cup very hot water
1 (3oz) pkg instant coconut cream pudding

Directions:

Put everything in a bowl and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans (or bundt pan) and bake for 35 min. at 350
