1 10 inch angel food cake
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 14oz. can sweet condensed milk
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 t. almond extract
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
3 to 4 c. sweetened whipped cream
additional strawberries



Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1 inch down entire top of cake. Cut out center leaving 1 inch wall on sides and bottom. Save cake. Beat cream cheese, stir in milk, lemon juice, and almond extract. Fold in cake pieces and fruit. Spoon into tunnel of cake, put top on Chill 3 hours and garnish with cream and strawberries.
