8 cups milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 1/3 tbsp. flour
8 egg yolks, beaten (reserve 4 whites of egg)
4 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla Wafers
Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and sugar. Add milk to a large sauce pan, gradually add flour and sugar mixture. Add beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add vanilla and mix well. Set aside.

Layer vanilla wafers and bananas in a clear bowl. Pour vanilla mixture over layers. Gently shake to help sauce flow down through layers.

Beat four eggs whites on high with 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy. Spread over pudding. Bake 350 about 3 three minutes or until lightly brown.
