10 McIntosh apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl mix together apples and lemon juice. Stir.

Mix together flour, sugar and spices. Stir into apples.

Place in uncooked pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with pie crust. Brush slightly with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Cover edges with foil and secure.

Bake 425 40 to 45 minutes
