1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light cream (Half & Half)
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugar and cream. In double boiler or over boiling water heat for 10 to 15 minutes stirring constantly until thick. Do not boil. Add vanilla.

Serve warm over Bread pudding.
