1 - 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 grated onion to taste
1 small jar diced pimentos
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add other cheese. Beat well, add remaining ingredients.
This can be used for sandwiches or dips.
