1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10-3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup water
3 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat. Gradually add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
