1 - 10 oz. box raisin bran 3 c. sugar 5 c. all-purpose flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. vegetable oil 1 qt. buttermilk
Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour, soda, and salt. Add beaten eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Use a giant mixing bowl because this will make a lot!! You can store mixture in refrigerator for several weeks. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, and bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
