2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed OR garlic powder to taste
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip pieces of frying chicken in melted butter, then into crumb mixture. Lay in open shallow baking pan, lined with foil. Do not overlap. Bake 1 hour or until tender at 350. Like French fried. Can be prepared ahead and frozen uncooked.
