1 lb hot sausage
12 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
dash tobasco sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage.
Greese 2 qt. casserole.
Tear bread into pieces and line dish.
Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread.
Mix remaining ing. except cheese and pour over bread and sausage.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Morning of, put in cold oven 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
