1 package angel food cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) package instant pudding mix
2 c. skim milk
8 oz. whipped topping (La Creme, Cool Whip)
1 pt. strawberries, cut into halves or fourths
1 kiwifruit ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake and cool cake as directed. Trim off brown crust. Tear cake into 1" pieces. Make pudding using the skim milk. Fold in 2 c. whipped topping. Put 1/3 of the cake pieces in bowl. Top with 1/3 pudding mixture, 1/2 of the strawberries, 1/3 of the cake pieces, and 1/3 of the pudding mixture. Slice kiwi. Place slices up against side of bowl. Top with remaining cake pieces, pudding and strawberries. Refrigerate for 4 hours
