1 lb. ground beef
1 onion (small)
1/2 green pepper (large)
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard
1 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and pepper. Brown the beef, onion and pepper in a skillet in a small amount of oil. Salt the meat to your taste. Add the ketchup, water, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and simmer. Makes about 8 to 10 sandwiches.
