2 pints Cherry tomatoes
1 lb. bacon
1/2 C shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 bunch chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Here's the hard part. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the center. Turn upside down on paper towels to drain.

Cook bacon; drain completely, cool and crumble. Add remaining ingredients. Stuff tomatoes.

Chill and serve

This is a little bit of work, but it is worth it. You can probably use the already cooked bacon.
