Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. soft shortening

Streusel:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted oleo or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in shortening. Add liquids; mix until all flour is wet. Pour half batter into greased pan, sprinkle with half streusel mixture, add remaining batter and top with rest of streusel. Bake in 375 oven for 25 minutes.
