3/4 lb. bacon, ham, or sausage
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cream or half & half
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. Swiss cheese
diced onions (optional)
diced green peppers (optional)
sliced mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the bottom of 8" pan. Cook the meat and drain. Beat eggs in bowl. Add cream, cheese and meat. May add optional ingredients. Mix together and pour into pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. You may use a ready made pie crust as base. Bake for 1 hour if using crust.
