1/4 cup chopped onion or scallions 3 T.minced fresh parsley 2 T. chopped pimiento 1 1/2 t. sugar 1 t. salt 1/2 t. cayenne paper 1/2 t. drained capers(optional) 1/3 cup wine or cider vinegar 3/4 olive oil chopped white of hard boiled egg (1 egg)
Whisk all ingredients together. Serve on butter lettuce or regular lettuce.
