Enough cucumbers to fill a gallon jar
3-6 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Vinegar
8 Tbls. Canning Salt
Leeks (wild are best)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and Sterilize a Glass Gallon Jar.
Wash cucumbers and prick well with a fork. Pack Cukes, garlic, vinegar, salt and a couple of leeks into gallon jar. Fill gallon jar with tap water. Put lid on and shake well. Set in sun 3-4 days. Store in Refrigerator.

This is a very easy recipe and they taste so good. If you live where leeks grow wild add a few to zip up the taste.
