8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1/3 c romano cheese, shredded
1/3 c parmesan cheese, shredded
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 tbsp mayo or miracle whip
1/3 c sour cream
1 tsp minced garlic
10 oz pkg chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
12 to 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped small

Directions:
Directions:
mix together, cheeses, miracle whip, sour cream and garlic. Add spinach and artichoke hearts. Bake in a greased quart dish for 50 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered. Serve with toasted bread, tortillas, or raw veggies.
