4 c. potatoes
2 c. carrots
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water with 2 bouillon cubes added
pepper as desired
1 c. celery
1 onion

Mix all together in big roaster. Bake covered at 250-275 F for 5 hours.
