1 1/2 lb Italian sausage - "out of casings;"
Large head of broccoli (forzen broccoli may be used -drained).
1 lb. ziti or small shells or cavatelli (found in freezer section);
4 large cloves garlic (sliced up);
3/4 cup olive oil;
1/2 tsp salt;
Crushed hot pepper flakes -optional;
Grated Italian cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown sausage in 1/4 cup olive oil. Add rest of oil and garlic and saute to light brown. Put aside. Cook broccoli until tender (chop up stems if you use them). Cook macaroni until tender. Drain broccoli and macaroni. Put in large bowl. Drizzle with sausage and oil. Toss. Add crushed hot pepper flakes (optional). Top with grated Italian cheese.
