2 lbs. Pepperoni sticks or chunk regular;
1/2 lb. Genoa Salmai (chunk)- optional;
1 lb. ricotta (optional);
1 lb. mozzarella cheese;
12 eggs; 2-3 cups Parmesan grated cheese;
1 cup cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into small clubes. Add beaten eggs and ricotta cheese, mozzarella (in cubes) and grated cheese. Put into pie plates. Top with crust. Slit tops. Bate at 375 until golden (approximately 1 hour). Cool on racks.
