1 1/4 cups cooked rice (instant);
6 eggs;
1 1/4 cups sugar;
3 lbs ricotta cheese;
1 tsp vanilla;
3/4 cup candied cherries (optional);
3 Keebler's Ready Made Butter Crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together 6 eggs and 1 1/4 cups sugar. Add ricotta cheese and vanilla, Continue to beat until blended. Add (by hand) rice and 3/4 cup candied cherries (optional). Pour and bake at 375 for approximately 1 hour until knife comes out clean in center.
