3 whole chicken breasts halved,skinned & boned
2 eggs
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c.oil
2 c. tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Pound chicken into 1/4 in. thickness. Beat eggs slightly. Dip chicken in eggs & roll in bread crumbs
Fry in hot oil just until brown. Drain & place in shallow pan. Heat tomato sauce,garlic powder &basil until boiling; add butter & simmer 10 min. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parm. cheese. Cover and bake for 30 min. Remove from oven,uncover,top with mozzarella. and bake another 10
min.
