2 c. frozen or canned corn, thawed and/or drained
4 oz. canned pimento, diced
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 tsp. ground cumin
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chopped parsley leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine corn, pimento, green chiles, and cumin. Mix well and season to tasste with salt and black pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
