1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
3/4 cup ketchup, divided
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
2 egg whites


Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375F.
COMBINE all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 2 round loafs place side by side in 13x9 pan. Spread with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup.
BAKE 1 hour or until cooked through

I use a Pampered Chef Stone when I make it and 1 hour is perfect. If you are using a glass/pyrex dish it may only need 50-55 min to cook.
