2 lb. pork loin
1/2 c. Kraft honey BBQ sauce
1 can pineapple chunks
3 T. cornstarch
2 large green peppers
2 large red peppers
6 c. rice
1/4 c. Planters cocktail peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and mix well. Drain pineapple, reserve 1/4 c. of the juice. Add reserved juice to conrstarch; stir until well blended. Add to pork mixture; stir until well blended. Top with pineapple chunks and peppers cover lid. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH on 5 hours. Serve hot over rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
