6 medium sized potatoes
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice thin. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk. When thickened, remove from range and add grated cheese. Place sliced potatoes in casserole, cover with hot cheese sauce. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.

This is a great recipe from my Westinghouse cookbook. The Cookbook was given to me at the Hancock County 4-H fair after a radio interview. I love this cookbook.
